Trisha Adams is an Advanced Certified Biblical Counselor and certified instructor through the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC) and serves as the Creative Director at Connection Point. She holds two degrees in music, and a Master’s in Christian Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. With experience spanning public education, corporate settings, and nearly two decades in ministry, Trisha brings a thoughtful and compassionate perspective to the various facets of suffering and counseling. She has a deep heart for women of all ages and backgrounds, particularly in helping them understand how lived experiences shape emotions, behaviors, and relationships—and how these bringing these realities honestly before God can truly reshape and remake us from the inside out.  

Trisha counsels both in the Covington office and online, coming alongside women in suffering and struggles, past and present, and seeking the Lord for healing and growth in biblical understanding, identity, wisdom, worship, and maturity through every season of life. She helps women see themselves and others through the lens of Christ’s worth, grounding their identity and value in Him alone. Her desire is to guide women in discovering their true worth in Christ as they learn to engage God and others faithfully in the present.
