I’m a mom of 3, former Home Educator, and began my counseling journey informally behind a salon chair as a Licensed Cosmetologist over 20 years ago. I love sewing, tea, reading aloud to my kids, writing, enjoying creation, cooking, home making, meeting new people, hospitality and meaningful conversation. I am particularly passionate about pointing girls and women to their worth in Christ and encouraging them to engage with their emotions in healthy, honest, and constructive ways.

I mostly work with women who are experiencing destructive relationships and pursuing healing and personal growth amidst their trials. I draw from my own journey which includes betrayal, navigating the impacts of addiction, letting go of reputation preservation, and Church hurt. I’ve also experienced healing in helpful support groups, am very familiar with 12-step programs, and have been the recipient of excellent care in Biblical Counseling myself. This translates into how I counsel with compassion, listening, patience, and the pursuit of wise nuance that can bring clarity to personal faith struggles. Getting to know people personally and individually is a high value of mine. My desire is to support counselees in experiencing the freedom and resurrection life of Christ even (especially) in the midst of difficulty. 

I offer online sessions based out of South Carolina and welcome clients facing suffering, betrayal, the impacts of addiction, coercive control, loss or grief of any kind.
