Andy holds an MA in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. For more than 15 years, Andy served as a missionary in Asia, where he and his wife raised their three kids. While overseas, he had multiple opportunities to partner with local pastors in order to counsel individuals through a variety of issues. His own experiences overseas have given him a desire to care for cross-cultural workers as well.

 Andy desires to come alongside individuals and work with them for their progress and joy in the faith (Philippians 1:25-26). In addition, he wants to see the local church – whether at home or abroad – equipped to minister the word to one another.
